EmphaSys Technologies, Inc. (ETI), a consulting firm based in the Philadelphia area, provides bond administration and analytical related services to major
trustees, underwriters, servicers, and issuers of mortgage and asset backed securities and other securitization vehicles. ETI, in business since 1988, has
provided services on over 2,000 securitized transactions. We currently provide services on over 1,300 transactions, which are secured by residential, home
equity, and commercial mortgages, manufactured housing receivables, leases, and underlying REMIC securities. These transactions represent more than
1,500,000 loans with an aggregate balance in excess of $300,000,000,000.
