


David Anthony
David is a Managing Director at ETI, having joined in 1993.
David is responsible for working with clients on MBS and ABS transactions. He works with issuers, trustees, underwriters, rating agencies, servicers, and
attorneys on various aspects of structured transactions, including credit enhancements, trigger events, treatment of liquidations, and the allocation of
realized losses to subordinated classes. He also works with clients on REMIC tax related issues.
Before joining ETI, David was a senior manager in the New York office of KPMG, where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the
Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities Group. This work included working on transactions at issuance, calculating periodic tax-related calculations,
verifying periodic payments made by trustees, and developing cash flow models.
David has spoken on the subject of REMICs at conferences sponsored by the Institute for International Research, Wall Street Concepts, and the Mortgage
Bankers Association.
David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Business Administration from the Darden School at the
University of Virginia.
