Manu Devgan
Manu joined the ETI team in 2004. Manu works with clients on MBS transactions. Prior to coming to ETI, Manu worked in the Financial Analytics and
Structured Transactions Group (FAST) at Bear Stearns. His responsibilities there included closing deals issued off the Bear shelf each month. This
involved modeling deals, tying out deals with accountants, and working closely with lawyers and bankers in bringing newly issued deals to market.
Manu also worked with Reuters LLC as a Modeler/ Reverser in their Structured Transactions Group. Responsibilities included modeling Agency,
Whole Loan, and Asset Backed deals issued under various shelves.
Manu has a MS in Statistics from Stern School of Business, NYU.
