Alan Srebro
Alan is a Senior Vice President at EmphaSys Technologies having joined the company in 2003. He is primarily responsible for creating and optimizing
cashflow models of newly-issued MBS and ABS transactions. He also focuses on software development and automation of bond processing calculations.
Prior to joining ETI, Alan was a Vice President at Wall Street Analytics where he ran the Structured Finance Analytics Group of their New York office. In this
role, he managed an analytics team that was responsible for modeling and maintaining more than 300 CDO transactions. Additionally, he developed
numerous cashflow modules within Wall Street Analytics’ various structuring applications.
Alan has worked on more than 800 asset-securitization transactions, including residential, home equity, multi-family and commercial mortgage transactions,
as well as automobile, credit card, manufactured housing and lease receivable transactions.
Alan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
from Stanford University.
