Kevin Sun
Kevin is a Managing Director at EmphaSys Technologies, Inc having joined in 1993. Kevin works with clients on all aspects of MBS and ABS transactions.
Before joining EmphaSys, Kevin was a manager in the New York office of KPMG, where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the
Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities Group. This work included working on transactions at issuance, calculating periodic tax-related calculations,
verifying periodic payments made by trustees, and developing cash flow models.
Prior to KPMG, Kevin worked for Salomon Brothers in the Bond Administration group. He was responsible for the cash flow modeling portion of the
transfer of Salomon's Bond Administration System to Texas Commerce Bank in 1988. He also worked for Value Line Inc. in the Statistical Research
Department, and was responsible for enhancing and developing statistical models for forecasting stock market movement.
Kevin received his Bachelor of Business degree in International Trade from Fu-Jen University in Taipei, Taiwan and Masters in Business Administration
and Economics from Southern Illinois University.
